Another great Weight Watchers meeting. I am down another 1.2 pounds. That’s 14 so far on my weight loss journey. My pace has been slow and steady. I am enjoying wearing smaller clothes from the back of my closet. I look forward to exercising every day, and healthier food has become a much bigger part of my diet!
