I threw my back out but still managed to get out to shovel a spot for the birdies and Sera to eat. I put out a new fruit and nut seed mix and waited with my camera. The sparrows came and I could hear a blue jay screeching as he came in for a landing. The next thing I know two big crows landed in the front tree, and everyone else left. One crow wasn’t as brave. This guy was pretty bold, though. He saw me in the window, but he didn’t care. He took all Sera’s peanuts, too!

They’ll love you for giving them food when it’s scarce!

He was kind-of cute for a crow. So bold and confident.
